General Guidelines for Abstract Submission
- Proposals must be submitted exclusively through the congress website no later than January 31, 2026. To do so, you must first create an account by clicking on the Register button, then complete all required information.
- Submissions sent by email will not be considered.
- Submissions must be written in French or English.
- The title must not exceed 20 words.
- The abstract must be limited to 250 words, with a margin of ±25 words.
Abstracts for research-based communications (oral or poster)
Empirical studies, meta-analyses, meta-syntheses, or systematic reviews must include:
- Research problem
- Objective or hypothesis of the study
- Methodology (research method, participants including technique and sample size, data analysis strategy)
- Main results related to the objective or hypothesis
- Conclusion
- 4 to 6 keywords
Abstracts for reflection-based communications
Must include:
- Introduction
- Elements of the problem statement
- Objective
- Brief presentation of the main ideas developed
- Conclusion
- 4 to 6 keywords
Commitments and Submission Conditions
- All texts must comply with the APA 7th edition guidelines for scientific writing.
- Submitting an abstract does not constitute registration for the congress.
- Submission of an abstract implies a commitment that, if accepted, the presenter will attend the congress and have the necessary financial resources to cover participation costs (registration fees, travel, accommodation, etc.).
- In case of absence of the main author, a co-author may present, provided that they have paid the registration fees.
- An author may submit several communications.
- Only abstracts for which at least one author or co-author has paid the registration fees will be included in the congress program.
- If an abstract is accepted, authors wishing to publish their work in the congress proceedings must submit the full paper no later than April 30, 2026.
