EXCELLENCE IN POSTER COMMUNICATION AWARD

1. Eligibility Requirements

• Be a student, researcher, PhD candidate, lecturer-researcher, or health professional.
  No preliminary document required. Eligibility is automatic if the candidate meets the profile.
• Submit an abstract derived from a scientific document (published or unpublished) to be presented at the congress as a poster.
  The abstract must comply with the submission guidelines (structure, word count, APA format).
• Register for the congress before the deadline to be eligible for the award.
• Comply with the required poster format (scientific poster: PDF, A0 format as specified).
• Obtain acceptance of the abstract by the scientific committee.
  The acceptance letter officially confirms participation in the award.
• Agree to the evaluation process:
  • 30%: Vote of the congress participants
  • 70%: Evaluation by the scientific committee according to the official scoring grid

• Complete congress registration by providing the required personal information.
• Upload the scientific poster on the platform by the indicated deadline or present it physically according to the instructions.

• No additional steps are required for evaluation.
  Once validated, the poster is automatically included in:
  • the online vote of participants,
  • the scientific committee’s evaluation.
