This award recognizes Nursing Training Institutes that distinguish themselves through the quality of their training programs and their scientific output.

1.1 INSTITUTIONAL APPLICATION FORM

1.1.1 INSTITUTION IDENTIFICATION

• Full name of the institution
• Status (public/private)
• Academic director
• Institutional address and contact information
• Nursing training programs offered
• Number of permanent and adjunct faculty members, and number of nursing students

1.1.2 LIST OF PUBLICATIONS FROM THE LAST TWO YEARS (Students and Researchers)

Provide a complete and verifiable list including:

• Title of the article / chapter / conference paper
• Names of the authors
• Year of publication (limited to the last 24 months)
• Journal or conference
• DOI / URL when applicable
• Indexing information (Scopus, PubMed, AJOL, Google Scholar…), when applicable
• Authors’ institutional affiliation

This section reflects the institution’s actual scientific production capacity.

1.2 EVALUATION CRITERIA

• Number of submitted communications
• Number of accepted communications
• Acceptance ratio (%) = accepted communications / submitted communications
• Cumulative score of communications based on evaluation by the scientific committee
• Total number of publications in the last two years
• Number of indexed publications in the last two years

1.3 TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS OF THE APPLICATION FILE

• A single PDF file titled NomInstitution_PrixInstitutionnel2026.pdf
• Maximum 5 pages, excluding appendices
• Appendices numbered and cited in the text
• Verifiable supporting documents are mandatory
• Submission through the congress platform
